Kanna Extract – 100 x Concentration (Sceletium Tortuosum) is a small ground cover plant native to Southern Africa and has been used by tribesman since prehistoric times.  This kanna extraction is 100 times more concentrated than the regular plant powder.

> Mild-Medium Dosage: 25-100 mg
> Maximum Recommended Dosage: up to 200 mg per day

Warning:  Kanna is believed to act as a Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SRI).  In combination with common psychiatric medications including other SSRIs (such as Prozac) and MAO Inhibitors (including Hordenine, Passion Flower, etc), it may cause issues if it was ingested.
